We utilize software such as UG/SolidWorks, Flow-3D, for the design and optimization of die-casting molds, and provide DFM reports. The molds are fabricated using high-quality materials such as H13, SKD61/8407 steel, and undergo standardized heat treatment to ensure their longevity.
