Our 12-inch speaker baskets are manufactured from standard ADC12 aluminum alloy via high-pressure die casting. ADC12 offers excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and superior heat dissipation needed to support high-power speaker drive units.
If you select from our existing catalog models, there is no tooling fee required. Tooling development fees only apply if you require a completely proprietary custom design or a specific model outside our current tooling inventory.
We offer custom powder coating in various colors across our 12-inch models. For selected specific models, we also provide CNC diamond-cut bright edge machining on the outer rim for enhanced aesthetics. All baskets undergo CNC turning on critical seating faces to ensure strict flatness.
Flatness and precise height tolerances are achieved through secondary precision CNC turning on paper cone mounting faces and joint surfaces. This ensures tight height consistency and prevents alignment issues during final loudspeaker driver assembly.
